My Story
spent 15 years working across retail, beauty, and wellness: building brands, developing strategy, driving growth. I know what makes businesses succeed and what makes them stall.
But I also know what it feels like to be capable and still struggle. To carry self-doubt alongside real skill. To feel isolated in the uncertainty of building something on your own.
My own journey — spiritually, emotionally, professionally — taught me that these things are never separate. How we show up inside shapes everything outside. When I finally stopped treating them as two different conversations, everything changed.
